All rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional occupant is subject to a rate of $1 per day.

Booking Policies
Guest Requirements
All guests are required to present a valid form of ID, recreational vehicle information (size, year, license plate), automobile information (make, model, color, license plate), and must sign the resort terms and conditions form.
Deposits/Refunds
You must pay a $250.00 non-refundable payment to guarantee a reservation and site. Minimum of 2 month package for reservation. We do not issue refunds after 24 hours of booking.
Yearly Packages Requirements
Available to approved guests. Potential guests must be 18 years of age or older and must submit a guest application. A criminal background check and credit check is required. Management reserves have the right to not extend any rental period at its sole discretion.
Package Site Rentals
Available to approved guests and rates must be paid in full on or before time of arrival or due date. Management may approve the transfer of rental rates with the sale of a guest’s RV or Park Model.
5 Year Rule
Units over 5yrs old must be approved by management before booking. We may ask for a picture of your RV and will either allow or deny based on the picture.
Acceptable Recreation Vehicles Types
We cater to the RV Community and welcome Class A, Class B, Class C, Fifth Wheels, Truck Campers, Skoolies, Park Models, Mobile Homes, and Tiny Home owners.
If package rate is not paid in full on or before the due date, you will be reverted to a the monthly rate. Rental rates may be transferable with management approval with the sale of a guests RV or Park Model.
